DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- If you're still searching for a New Year's resolution, a local non-profit is looking for volunteers.

The Dutchess County Habitat for Humanity invited county residents to get involved. The organization builds homes for local families in need with the help of volunteers and donated funds and materials.

In 2012, this chapter of Habitat for Humanity built two homes and recently completed a "blitz build" after Superstorm Sandy. They are looking for volunteers with experience in home building, as well as those who want to help with planning and community outreach.
