POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A Wappingers Falls woman was killed in a two car crash. It happened around 8:14 p.m. on January 19th, on Vassar Road near Silver Lane.

Police said Stephanie Brennan, 29, was traveling northbound on Vassar Road, when her car crossed over the double-yellow line to pass another car. Her car then hit a Jeep that was traveling southbound, head-on.

Brennan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and passenger of the Jeep were taken to St. Francis Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
