CAIRO, N.Y. -- A Catskill man was charged after State Police said he was drove drunk and then assaulted a trooper.
State Police arrested Joshua Losee, 37, for his second drunk driving offense on Sunday. He is also alleged to have been in possession of a controlled substance. On the way to his arraignment, Losee is accused of kicking a state trooper in the knee.
Losee is charged with felony DWI, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree assault, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as several other vehicle and traffic violations. He was arraigned and sent to the Greene County Jail.
