MAINE -- The third man to claim he was abuse by Bernie Fine is now in a Maine jail. Zachary Tomaselli, 23, has himself been charged with child abuse offenses and was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating bail conditions.

Lewiston police say Tomaselli was arrested for giving a car ride to a minor. His bail conditions state that he is not allowed to have contact with anyone under 18, except for incidental contact at work.

Tomaselli has alleged that Bernie Fine sexually abused him in a Pittsburgh hotel room back in 2002. Fine has denied the allegations.
