CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Little by little, the price for gas continues to drop.

AAA reports the national average for a gallon of gas on Sunday is $3.78. That's down from Saturday's average of $3.79.

New Yorkers are still paying a bit more than drivers in the U.S. The state average is $4.05, while here in the Albany area, drivers are paying $3.97.
