ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Fresh off a tribute set at Mountain Jam earlier this month, Levon Helm Studios has set a date for the second Midnight Ramble since its namesake passed away in April.

The concert is set for 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 23rd at the late drummer's Woodstock studio. Tickets cost $100 and will go on sale Tuesday at 8 p.m. at levonhelm.com.

The Dirt Farmer Band, featuring Helm's daughter, Amy, and members of the Levon Helm Band, are slated to perform.

Helm, the former drummer for The Band, passed away in April after a battle with cancer.
