HALFMOON, N.Y. -- A woman is dead after her motorcycle crashed into a truck on Route 9 near the Crescent Bridge.

State Police said the Jacalyn Gibbs, 54, of Clifton Park, was heading south on Route 9 when she collided with a dump truck.

The investigation continues, but as of now, police said it appears that the truck driver was not at fault.
