ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Some folks in Ulster County will see a break on their property taxes.
County Executive Mike Hein will sign resolutions Monday granting exemptions for a number of groups. Those include first time homebuyers, veterans, seniors and disabled community members.
Hein hopes the exemptions will help spur economic growth and keep residents in the region.
