Body found in Kingston identified

KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Police identify the body of a second man found outdoors in Kingston this week.
Kingston police said the body of 51-year-old Arthur Dugan was found near a baseball field on Tuesday with no apparent signs of foul play. Police said the Kingston man died from natural causes.
Another body was found outside at Kingston's Academy Green Park on Sunday. Police have identified that man as 42-year-old Michael Potter of Kingston. Police said he died of natural causes as well.
