WOODSTOCK, N.Y. -- A concert is held in Woodstock to benefit the victims of Sandy. It took place at the Bearsville Theatre Sunday night and was put on by Hudson Valley Artists Hurricane Relief Project - a non-profit that was created in the wake of Tropical Storm Irene.
Nearly 30 different artists participated in the event. All proceeds will go to Family of Woodstock and The Red Cross New York Chapter.
In addition, donation boxes were put out to collect non-perishable food items, toiletries, and blankets, which will be brought downstate.
A benefit concert was also put on last year for the victims of Irene.
