RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- A Rhinebeck man has won $1 million on a scratch-off game.

David Doyle bought the $5 million multiplier scratch-off game at the Hilltop Deli and Market in Staatsburg. He will receive his winnings as a lump sum payment of more than $660,000.

Doyle says he plans to buy a tractor for himself and maybe take the family on a vacation.
