NEW YORK STATE -- A power failure at Penn Station in New York City caused some big delays Wednesday.

All Amtrak trains into and out of the station were delayed by an hour to an hour and a half. Long Island Railroad and New Jersey Transit trains are also affected.

The problem has been fixed, but residual delays remain, as officials work to get the trains running again.
