World Trade Center and Exchange Place PATH service re-opens Monday

NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. -- Governors Andrew Cuomo and Chris Christie have announced the World Trade Center and Exchange Place PATH Service will re-open on Monday.

Once service resumes at the World Trade Center on Monday, service on the 33rd Street line will start running again between Journal Square and 33rd Street and will make all station stops, including Christopher Street in Manhattan.

Restored service will be in addition to the line between Newark to 33rd Street in New York.

The Port Authority and New Jersey Transit are still offering a ferry ride from Hoboken Ferry Terminal for $5 to another ferry that will take them to Pier 79 at 39th Street in Manhattan. These ferries will run in the morning between 6 and 10 a.m. and in the afternoon 4 to 8 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Passengers who usually take Hoboken Station to Manhattan can still do so through Newark Station.
