Police search for screwdriver stabbing suspect

TROY, N.Y. -- Troy police continue to search for the man they said stabbed another man in the neck with a screwdriver earlier this month.

Police said it happened on November 3rd at the Midtown Grocery on Congress Street when Emmet Fullins had a fight with Francis Smith, 26.

They said Fullins stabbed Smith in the back of his neck. Smith was taken to Albany Medical Center and is expected to be fine. Fullins is wanted for second degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

He is described as a 24-year-old male with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call Troy Police at (518) 270-4411.
