NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Newburgh man who they say sexually assaulted a teenage girl who was in his apartment buying marijuana. Detectives say the assault happened at 49-year-old Trevor Cole's apartment on Renwick Street Thursday morning.

They say a 16-year-old girl went to buy marijuana from Cole. Once inside the apartment, detectives say he raped the girl.

Cole was arrested and charged with rape, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of marijuana.
