New charges in fraud case
ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A former Ulster County corrections officer already facing workman's compensation fraud charges is now involved in another case.
According to the Ulster County Sheriff's office, Timothy Ross told officials he was 43-years-old at the time of his arrest back in August. Deputies found out Ross was lying about his age. He's actually 52-years-old.
Ross is facing additional misdemeanors of official misconduct, false personating and falsifying business records.
