Memorial service planned for homicide victim
HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- A memorial service will be held today for the Hyde Park woman found dead in her home on Thanksgiving.
Laurie Ferguson, 67, was stabbed multiple times in her Hyde Park home. Police are still searching for a suspect and have ruled out any previous persons of interest.
Police believe Ferguson knew her killer and are continuing to follow several leads.
Today's memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at the Hyde Park Memorial Church.
