NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Newburgh. The Broadway Christmas tree arrived Tuesday.
Newburgh's Deputy Mayor says she's been taking part in this annual tradition for 25 years. She says the city hopes to have it decorated by Thursday.
"It brings spirit to the city. It brings everyone together and we do have a good time," said Newburgh Deputy Mayor Regina Angelo.
The tree lighting is scheduled for this Friday at 5:30 p.m.
