SARAOTGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday between prosecutors and the victims’ families has been postponed.

Saratoga County District Attorney Jim Murphy says the families are too overwhelmed to meet at this point.

So far, no charges have been filed against Dennis Drue, 22, who police say was behind the wheel of the car that hit Stewart's SUV.

Pending toxicology reports could determine what charges Drue might face.

Murphy says the New York State Police crime lab is still working on those results.
