State Police looking to identify body found in Fishkill

FISHKILL, N.Y. -- State Police need your help to identify a body found in Fishkill.

Troopers say an unidentified man was discovered by hunters in a wooded area on Monday afternoon. The body was found near Metro North tracks, a little more than a mile south of the Beacon Station.

Police say the man's body was decomposed and that he appears to have been dead for a few months. He has a tattoo on his right forearm that reads VII or V11.

A duffel bag was also recovered near the body with the logo of Kingston's Wiltwyck Golf Club.
