PHILADELPHIA -- Another Army-Navy football game is in the books, and once again, the Black Knights fall to the Navy midshipmen 17 to 13.

The game was very well attended with Vice President Joe Biden looking on.

The Black Knights, who last beat Navy in 2001, relinquished a three-point lead late in the game. They were then threatening to retake the lead late in the fourth quarter, but a fumble cost them a chance to beat their arch rival in the 113th meeting between the two teams.
