Police looking for suspect in home invasion robbery

WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- Sheriff's deputies are looking for help in finding the suspect in a home invasion robbery Saturday afternoon in the Town of Warrensburg.

The Warren County Sheriff's office says they received a report that Cameron Joseph Belden, 22, forcibly entered a house on Library Avenue and threatened the victim with a knife, stealing drugs and a cell phone. Belden is said to be about 5-foot-8-inches, around 155 pounds, with brown hair in a crew cut style and blue eyes.

Officials believe that Belden was familiar with robbery victim and has ties to the Warrensburg and Queensbury areas, as well as the Ticonderoga area. Anyone with any information about Belden's location is asked to call 743-2500.
