POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A traffic stop led City of Poughkeepsie police to arrest four people on drug charges.

Police say they recovered large amounts of heroin, Xanax pills, marijuana and packaging materials during a traffic stop near Mansion Street and Balding Avenue.

Police arrested Rodney Powell, 26, Ronald Johnson, 28, Tyshon Johnson and Tavis Session. They were all arrested on various possession charges. They are all being held pending their arraignment.
