Metered parking free of charge temporarily in Kingston
KINGSTON, N.Y. – There is good news for holiday shoppers in Kingston. All metered parking will be free of charge in the uptown, mid-town and down town business districts.
Metered parking will be suspended until Monday, December 31st.
