LATHAM, N.Y. -- An employee at a local Verizon store was arrested after police say he took nude photos off a customer's phone.

Dominic Pirozzi has been charged with one count of unauthorized use of a computer. Police say he took nude photos off the victim's phone while he was supposed to be fixing it.

Officers say Pirozzi turned himself in after the victim realized the photos were sent to Pirozzi's number.

There is no word yet if Pirozzi is still employed at the Verizon in Latham. He's due back in court on Wednesday.
