Verizon employee accused of stealing nude pictures expected in court
LATHAM, N.Y. -- The Latham Verizon store employee accused of taking nude pictures off a customer's phone is expected back in court tonight.
Dominic Pirozzi is charged with one count of unauthorized use of a computer. Police say he took nude photos off the victim's phone while he was supposed to be fixing it.
Officers say Pirozzi turned himself in after the victim realized the photos were sent to his number. We're told he's no longer employed at the Verizon store.
