SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police have arrested a Liberty man they say racked up more than $1,000 on a stolen credit/debit card.

State Police say Joseph Arias, 24, used the stolen card on several occasions from September 26th through October 1st of last year.

Arias was arrested and charged with grand larceny. He is being held at Sullivan County Jail.
