PORT JERVIS, N.Y. -- Two pedestrians are hospitalized after a car accident in Port Jervis. It happened around 8:45 p.m. Saturday on East Main Street near the intersection of Sullivan Avenue and Elizabeth Street.

Police say a 45-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were struck by a car. Both were flown to Westchester Medical Center to be treated.

No further information on the victims' conditions are available at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
