WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Local Congressman Paul Tonko was one of the thousands at President Obama's Inauguration.
Tonko offered his thoughts in an interview with Capital Tonight's Liz Benjamin. He expects President Obama to learn from his first term.
"In saying that we're in this together and that our future depends on us working and engaging the role of citizen, I thought that spoke powerfully to the expectation here, it's the leadership growth that comes with the individual and I could feel that sense of uniting us a nation," Tonko said.
