WEST POINT, N.Y. -- Hard to believe we're already gearing up for lacrosse season but Army's season opener against UMASS is about two weeks away.

The Black Knights were picked to finish third in the Patriot League preseason poll. Army finished 7-8 last season and will have its two leading scorers return.

Three Black Knights were named to the Preseason All-Patriot League squad. Seniors Garrett Thul, and Brendan Buckley, along with Sophomore John Glesener garnered those honors.

Army opens up on the road at UMASS on February 9th.
