Police say they executed a search warrant at 27-year-old Desmond Chislome's apartment on West Broadway around 7 p.m. Thursday. They say Chislome was found with more than one pound of marijuana, oxycodone pills, scales and packaging materials.

He was arraigned and sent to Sullivan County Jail without bail.
