SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Sullivan County man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for having sex with an underage girl. Dennis DeGroat, 39, of Bloomingburg admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old girl twice.
The incidents took place in the Town of Mamakating in early 2012. After an investigation, DeGroat was arrested last June.
