ALBANY, N.Y. -- A fatal fire on Arcadia Avenue in Albany has been ruled accidental.

The fire broke out around 5 a.m. the morning of Sunday, Jan. 27 at 12 Arcadia Avenue. Megan Cunningham, 23, was found dead in the second floor bedroom of the home.

Albany police said investigators are awaiting test results to determine the cause of the fire. A cause of death is not known at this point.
