NEW YORK STATE -- As people get ready to watch the Super Bowl, state police want to ensure everyone is driving responsibly. They're cracking down on drunk drivers in the first New York State ‘STOP-DWI’ initiative of 2013. State police will conduct sobriety checkpoints on the state's roads and highways through Monday morning. They're also cracking down on drivers under the influence of prescription and illegal drugs.
