ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police in Ulster made three arrests during an underage drinking check.

Police went to 10 convenience stores before the Super Bowl. Three stores failed the test after an undercover teen was sold alcohol without being asked for ID.

Clerks at those stores were arrested for selling alcohol to a minor. They were:

• Mohammed Khan - DBA Corner Store on 209 in Stone Ridge


• Jaswinder Kaur - DBA Empire Mart & Deli on Hurley Ave in Kingston


• Lakshmi Jast - DBA M+K Market/Sunoco on State Route 28 in Kingston
