LIBERTY, N.Y. -- Christina Banks, 24, was picked up by Village of Liberty police, after police were called to the Howard Johnson motel on Friday.

According to police, Banks poured sugar into the gas tank of another person's car.

She was arrested and charged with felony third degree criminal mischief. Banks was arraigned and sent to jail in lieu of bail. She's due back in court on February 14.
