MONTICELLO, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Monticello woman they say stole a New York State benefit card that belonged to another woman.

Police say Natasha Goncalves made more than $300 in purchases with the card. She also had seven hypodermic needles when she was arrested.

Goncalves has been charged with felony grand larceny and misdemeanor criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
