FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Wedding bells will soon be in the air for one Poughkeepsie couple, who is now a million dollars richer. Willie Wright won $1 million on a scratch off ticket that his fiancée bought him as a gift.

Karlissa Stroman bought the winning ticket at the Smokes 4 Less on Main Street in Poughkeepsie. She says her lotto preference may have brought Wright the luck he needed.

The couple says they will use the money to plan their wedding. Wright says he also wants to help out his family with some money.
