KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Friends and family gathered at Keyser Funeral Home in Kingston to say goodbye to Anita Jacobs-Royer.
Police say the 45-year-old was strangled by Audelis Cruz. Cruz has pled not guilty to second degree murder charges.
Jacobs-Royer is survived by her husband, mother and siblings.
