DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Dutchess County employee who cares for the mentally disabled is behind bars after State Police say he sexually abused a resident.

State Troopers say Dwayne Moody, 49, worked at the Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office in Wassaic. Following an investigation, Moody was arrested and charged with criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person.

Moody was arraigned and sent to Dutchess County Jail.
