KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Two people are arrested for selling more than $100,000 worth of bath salts.
Kevin Hartrum, 55, of Kingston, and Teresa Greene, 52, of Marion, are charged with selling drugs out of a Kingston store.
According to police, an informant and undercover officer repeatedly purchased drugs from 'Head to Toe Apparel,’ owned by Hartrum. Greene is an employee at the store.
Both were arraigned in White Plains Federal Court.
If convicted, they face up to 20 years in prison, a one million dollar fine, and supervised release for life.
