RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- State Troopers arrest a 29-year-old man after a two car crash in Rhinebeck on Thursday.

According to troopers, Benjamin Lichtenberger crashed into another car at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 1-99.

Four passengers in the other car, including two children, were sent to Northern Dutchess Hospital for minor injuries.

Lichtenberger was arrested, and after a breath test, was charged with misdemeanor DWI

He's due in court at the end of the month.
