Man arrested for alleged jewelry theft
ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police arrested an Orange County man who they say stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.
James Hoblin, 33, of Montgomery is charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property. Police say Hoblin stole more than $3,000 worth of jewelry from a home in the town of Hamptonburgh. More charges could come pending the results of an ongoing investigation.
Hoblin was arraigned and sent to the Orange County Jail.
